Shipping

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery to US addresses typically takes 7–12 days from dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned into the network.

Why 7–12 days rather than two?

We ship direct rather than holding stock in a domestic warehouse, which is a large part of why a paw cleaner costs $19.99 here instead of $35. The trade-off is time. If you need something by a specific date, we'd rather you knew that before ordering than after.

Where is my tracking number?

Emailed automatically once the parcel is scanned — usually 2–4 days after you order. Check your spam folder first. If it's been more than five days, email us and we'll chase it.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. International delivery usually runs a few days longer than the US window. Any customs duties or import charges are the recipient's responsibility.

What does shipping cost?

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address — you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Returns and problems

What's your return policy?

30 days from the day your order arrives. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Full details are in our refund policy. To start one, email us and we'll send instructions.

I ordered the wrong size

Email us. Sizing is the most common reason people get in touch about the paw cleaner and the harness, and we'd rather sort out a swap than have you stuck with something that doesn't fit.

It arrived damaged or it's the wrong item

Send us a photo. We'll replace it — you won't need to ship the damaged one back.

My order hasn't arrived

If you're past 12 days with no movement on the tracking, email us with your order number. We'll either locate it or replace it.

Choosing the right thing

Which paw cleaner size do I need?

Small — up to roughly 20 lbs: Yorkies, Chihuahuas, Dachshunds, small terriers
Medium — roughly 20–60 lbs, and the size most people need: Beagles, Collies, Cockers, Aussies
Large — 60 lbs and up: Labs, Goldens, Shepherds, Huskies

If your dog is between sizes, go up. The paw needs room to enter comfortably.

My dog hates the paw cleaner

Common, and usually temporary. Most dogs need two or three goes before they settle. Start with water only, keep each session short, and let them sniff it before it touches a paw. If they're still fighting it after a week, email us.

My dog is scared of the nail grinder

It's the noise, not the sensation. Spend the first two sessions just running it near them with treats and not grinding at all. It's worth the patience — it beats fighting with clippers every month.

Is the silicone safe if my dog chews it?

The silicone is food-grade and non-toxic. That said, none of these are chew toys — the paw cleaner, bath brush, and lick mat are meant to be supervised and put away afterwards.
